Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 was accepted on 24 March 2016 and came into force by being published in the Official Gazette on 7 April 2016. However, according to Article 32 of the Law titled Enforcement, this Law; Articles 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 came into force as of 7 October 2016.

Law; It was adopted in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data and to regulate the obligations of real and legal persons processing personal data and the procedures and principles to be followed. For this reason, this text is explained in order to fulfill the disclosure obligation arising from the Law and "Personal Data Protection and Personal Data Sharing Permission" is presented for the information and review of visitors.

Inforcerts accepts, declares and undertakes that it will not sell, rent or make available to third parties your name, e-mail address, work and home address, telephone number and other personal data submitted through the forms on its websites and applications.

Processing of Your Personal Data

Inforcerts Software provides its own Inforcerts Online Mobile Personnel Attendance Control System (Inforcerts) Personnel Attendance Control System software service. We pay careful attention to the protection and security of personal data belonging to service users, managers and employees.

Data Controller and Representative

In accordance with the law, your personal data; It may be processed by Inforcerts Site Management Software, as the data controller, within the scope explained in this text. Inforcerts Site Management Software is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system by determining the purposes and means of processing personal data registered in the database. When the Data Controllers Registry is opened, the data controller registers and declares that he/she will have the title of registered data controller.

  • It is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or someone else who is unable to express his/her consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not given legal validity,
  • It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the performance of the contract,
  • It is mandatory to fulfill our legal obligations as the data controller,
  • It has been made public by the person concerned,
  • Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
  • Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned, data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller and may be used for the purposes we will specify below, based on any of the conditions.

To Whom and For What Purposes Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your collected personal data is to ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and the people who have business relations with our Company, to carry out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company, to adapt the products and services offered by our Company to your tastes, usage habits and needs. It can be customized and recommended to you, determined and implemented by our Company's commercial and business strategies, and transferred to legally authorized public institutions and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law.


Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by our Company in order to carry out our commercial activities through different channels and based on different legal reasons. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (b) and (c) of this text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the GDPR Law.


The rights of the Personal Data Owner listed in Article 11 of the GDPR Law, if you submit your requests regarding your rights as Personal Data Owners to our Company using the methods set out below in this Information Text, our Company will respond to your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. will conclude. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;

  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the transaction carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
  • They have the right to demand compensation for the damage if they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the GDPR Law, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing in accordance with the GDPR Law. In this context, the channels and procedures through which you can submit your application in writing to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the GDPR Law are explained below.
